Depending on the state and the court, service notifications can come from one of two places; the court’s Tyler Technology’s Odyssey e-filing system or this application. While most courts use Tyler Technology’s Odyssey e-file system, some do not. Please refer to the list at the bottom of this page.

Odyssey Courts

With an Odyssey court, if a user selects service contacts in a filing, Odyssey sends those contacts email notifications. Additionally, the emails have clickable links to the documents.

Other Courts

If the court is not part of the Odyssey eFile system (see below), when a user selects service contacts in a filing, OUR application sends those contacts email notifications. Additionally, the emails have clickable links to the documents.

The Following Courts ARE NOT Part of the Odyssey e-File System

• Los Angeles, Superior Court of California – Civil Limited and Unlimited Case Types
• Placer, Superior Court of California – All Case Types
• San Diego, Superior Court of California – Civil and Probate Case Types
