When a user forgets their password, and has 5 or more incorrect login attempts, the e-filing system locks the account. The user follow these steps to unlock the account or reset the password.
Note: When unlocking the account, the system always resets the password. The user has the option of changing the password once they log back into the system. Learn more…

Reset Password / Unlock Account
- Click the Forgot Password / Unlock Account link on the log in page.
- Enter the locked email, and then click Reset Password.
- Check the inbox on your email for an email from efilingmail@tylerhost.net. Click the link provided in the body of the email.
- Once you click the link in the email, you will be directed to a screen that allows you to select your New Password. Enter your new password, and click the change password button.
