Los Angeles’ Civil Division will eliminate direct Fax Filing upon the implementation of mandatory e-filing.
The Los Angeles Superior Court has begun implementing electronic filing (efiling) of all documents filed in the Civil Division. Upon the implementation of mandatory efiling, the Civil Division will no longer accept fax filings for civil documents as follows:

Fax filings will continue to be accepted for Small Claims until further notice.
