The Orange County Superior Court no longer accepts PROBATE submissions in the Central or Complex Center court locations. If you need to e-file into the Orange County Probate Division, please confirm on the case summary screen the case location is at the COSTA MESA Courthouse before starting a filing. Any PROBATE filings sent to a location other than COSTA MESA will be cancelled and you will need to re-submit the filing at the correct location.
