There can be instances when a filer will see multiple pre-authorization of fees for a pending filing.

Aside from scheduled maintenance on the court’s part and our service’s part, you may e-File 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. However, the courts only review the filings during normal business hours Monday thru Friday.

Some rejections come with initials at the end of the rejection reason in the filing. Those are the initials of the filing clerk who reviewed it.

When electronically service a person, sometimes the email is invalid. If this happens, you will receive an email notification that the service contact is unable to receive notifications. If this happens you need to serve the party via US Mail or a process server.

For filers who are not an attorney, have a bar id in the state they wish to e-file into, or are staff for a law firm, they may still e-file using our system.

When the court processes a user’s filing, they send a notice to the email address associated with the account.
