Accessibility Statement

This document has been generated by Green Filing LLC to report the extent to which our electronic court filing software meets federal accessibility compliance standards for people with disabilities. The evaluation has been completed for each of our primary online products including the Green Filing Software (our electronic court filing software), the Green Filing Marketing Site (a site that markets the filing software), and the Green Filing Support Site (a site which provides support content for those who use the filing software). This report has been provided in our effort to be compliant at a minimum of WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Green Filing Electronic Court Filing Software

Name of Product/Version: Green Filing Electronic Court Filing Software, v.19.02
Product Description: Enables electronic filing of pleadings in state and local courts in California, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Texas and Utah.
Report Date: June 2019
Contact information: George Knecht, george@greenfiling.com
Notes: Our goal is WCAG 2.1 AA, and we will continue to refine our conformance as we discover failures. Additionally, we are currently using a 3rd party tool, Olark, for real time live chat. This tool does not yet conform to WCAG 2.0 AA, and causes challenges with iFrame behaviors. We are also aware of some difficulties using our select lists on forms with assistive technology because of the conditions surrounding selections made in these fields. These conditions are necessary for accurate filing, and we are continuing to work on a better solution for accessibility than the one currently implemented.

Evaluation Methods Used

AXE and WAVE Chrome extensions, AXE Pro Beta, VoiceOver on MacOS X Chrome and Safari, Windows Narrator on Edge and IE in Windows 10, OpenDyslexic Chrome extension, keyboard access only, monochrome mode, user preferences for extra large font size, high contrast mode, and monochromatic mode, UX evaluation.
